You'll own the design and delivery of AI-powered products end-to-end—from data pipelines and agent orchestration to the interfaces enterprise teams use daily. This is a high-autonomy role where you ship features that go live within weeks, not quarters.

• Build and ship full-stack features across our agentic AI products
• Design data pipelines, API layers, and LLM-powered workflows
• Own architecture decisions for new product modules
• Work directly with clients to understand workflow requirements
• Mentor junior engineers and set engineering standards

• 4+ years building production software (Python, TypeScript, or Go)
• Experience with LLM integrations, vector databases, or agent frameworks
• Strong product sense—you care about what you build, not just how
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, small team with minimal process

You'll define what we build and why. As the bridge between clients, engineering, and AI research, you'll translate complex enterprise workflows into clear product specs and ensure every feature we ship solves a real operational problem.

• Lead discovery with enterprise clients to map workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Write product specs and acceptance criteria for agentic AI features
• Prioritise the roadmap based on client impact and technical feasibility
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, design, and deployment
• Define success metrics and track post-deployment performance

• 3+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech company
• Technical depth—you can read an API doc, write a SQL query, and debate architecture trade-offs
• Experience working with AI/ML teams or shipping data-driven products
• Clear, concise communicator who can align stakeholders across client orgs

You'll drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise accounts that need agentic AI systems. This is a founder-adjacent IC role—you'll shape how we go to market and build the playbook for AI services sales.

• Identify and qualify enterprise accounts across BFSI, healthcare, logistics, and professional services
• Run the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to proposal to close
• Translate complex AI capabilities into business outcomes clients care about
• Build relationships with CXOs, VPs of Operations, and transformation leads
• Collaborate with delivery teams to scope engagements and set expectations

• 3+ years in B2B sales, consulting, or business development in tech/AI services
• Track record of closing $100K+ deals with mid-to-large enterprises
• Ability to understand technical solutions and position them commercially
• Self-starter who thrives without a playbook—you'll help write ours

You'll build and run the people function at Tipstat—hiring exceptional talent, creating a great employee experience, and putting the right systems in place as we scale. This is our first dedicated people hire, so you'll shape culture from the ground up.

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and commercial roles
• Design and run onboarding, performance review, and compensation processes
• Build employer brand through content, events, and candidate experience
• Manage payroll, compliance, and operational HR for the India team
